Advanced Practice Clinician; Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will function in an expanded role as the primary provider of medical services. They will assess the gynecological and family planning needs of patients, order, interpret, and record the results of clinical tests, prescribe medications, and make recommendations for other forms of treatment, including birth control.

• Annual salary range: $118,000 - $124,000
• Sign on bonus: $2,500 after 60 days and $5,000 after 12 months of employment (total $7,500)
• Work week: 37.5 hours

• Annual Paid Time Off: 112.5 hours of vacation, 48 hours of sick leave, 105 hours of holidays (includes a full holiday week in December)
• Parental Leave: 6 weeks at 100% base salary after 12 months of full-time employment

  Education & Experience:
  
  Master’s degree and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in specialty area based on RN licensure and state authority for advanced practice; eligible for licensure and DEA in Oklahoma; new graduates welcome.

  Experience with Epic; bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.

• Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear.
• Occasionally lift and/or move materials up to 40 pounds.
• Sit and stand for extended periods with prolonged exposure to computer monitors.
• Possibility of exposure to conflict or antagonism from those opposed to the mission of the organization.
