Critical Care Float Pool RN | Tulsa, Oklahoma

Shift: Nights (7 PM – 7 AM)

Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)

Pay: Starting at $33.15/hr (based on experience)

$10K Relocation Bonus

Job Summary: The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, ensuring alignment with hospital standards and policies while monitoring patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process
• Assess and prioritize based on clinical, cultural, and psychosocial needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support discharge planning and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in performance improvement and training initiatives

Qualifications/ Experience

Required:

• Minimum 1-year Critical Care experience preferred
• Strong PCU background highly preferred
• Med-Surg experience considered

Education & Licensure:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN License (Oklahoma or Compact State)

Skills:

• Knowledge of disease management & clinical pathways
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with clinical data

Differentials &

Incentives:

• $4/hr (after 7 PM)
• $0.25/hr (after 11 PM)
• $6/hr Critical Care Differential
