Med-Surg RN with ER/ICU Experience

Location: Edmond, OK (73013)

Position Type: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts (3 Day Openings / 2 Night Openings)

Nurse America is partnering with a premier, physician-owned boutique hospital in Edmond, OK. Featuring just 18 inpatient beds, a Level 4 ER averaging only ~30 visits per month, a 4.9-star Google rating, and top-tier Press-Ganey patient satisfaction scores, this facility offers an exceptionally manageable workload centered on high-quality patient outcomes.

• Provide acute clinical care to medical-surgical and step-down patients in a low-stress environment.
• Leverage ER/ICU assessment skills to monitor subtle patient changes and handle complex telemetry or higher-acuity needs.
• Collaborate directly with attending physicians to implement care plans and manage patient admissions/discharges.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

• Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, or ICU settings.

• Target Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 / hour (plus night shift differentials).
• Low Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 (ICU patient ratio is strictly 1:1).
• Incentives: Hiring bonus possible;
  Relocation bonus up to $5,000;
