Job Description
Summary Cardiac Surgical Stepdown RN responsible for post-operative cardiac patient care, monitoring, and recovery support in a high-acuity stepdown unit.
Requirements
- Valid Oklahoma or Multi-State RN License
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong understanding of disease management and clinical care pathways
- Good communication, documentation, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage complex patient care independently
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- 3x12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
- Premium weekend schedule
Compensation
- $33.15-$51.00/hr
- Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance (if applicable)
