Pool Maintenance General Labor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors, be a self‑starter and able to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering resort‑quality service. • Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance duties.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work long hours in different types of weather.
• Previous experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
