Summary: Prepares, presents, and serves food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Stores food properly following safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils, and equipment.
• Uses approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and proper serving temperatures.
• Serves customers courteously following steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash procedures.
• Follows sanitation and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
