** Full-Time Evening Cook

Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7 PM

** Your Responsibilities:
*** Responsible for prep and production of assigned menu rotations, producing small to large batch goods, and preparing for up to 300 guests.
* Cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment, complying with all UDining policies and procedures.
* Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
* May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the requirements of the position and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, with maturity of judgment and behavior.
* Intermediate to advanced knife skills required
* Must comply with any dress code requirements
* Previous experience preferred.
