Execute the Manager-In-Charge (MIC) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.;
Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).;
Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders and resolve customer complaints quickly.;
Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times while maintaining health and safety standards.;
Assist RGM with facility maintenance, cash control/security procedures, inventory and labor management.
