Role Description The Full-Time Sales Associate at Lovesac in Edmond, OK is an on-site role responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending furniture solutions that align with Lovesac’s Total Comfort™ philosophy. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, guiding customers through customization options, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized showroom.
The Sales Associate will also support store goals by achieving individual and team sales targets, assisting with inventory management, and participating in store events or promotions. In addition, this role may help train new team members on products, sales techniques, and company values to ensure consistent service standards.

- Strong Communication skills to engage with customers, actively listen, and clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Customer Service skills to create a welcoming environment, resolve concerns professionally, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Training and Sales Management-related abilities, such as mentoring peers, supporting onboarding, and contributing to team performance.
- Ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and common digital tools (e.g., email, inventory or CRM systems).
- Previous retail or furniture sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong interest in home décor and comfort solutions is a plus.
