Job Description
Sales Specialists support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their needs, locating merchandise, providing information on products and services, and making purchasing recommendations. For the In Stock initiative, they assess stock levels and perform light pack down and pack out activities as needed. Regarding Store Appearance, they ensure products are displayed and signed, clean shelves, and remove debris from aisles and showrooms to promote an appealing shopping environment.
By supporting these three priorities, Sales Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals. Each associate is responsible for providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions or reporting them to the Manager On Duty, and working safely to avoid endangering themselves, co‑workers, vendors, or customers.
