Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink control;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and engage guests to tailor recommendations;
Conduct personalized makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards;
Book appointments and support in-store events that deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive MAC brand sales;
Participate in ongoing brand trainings and collaborate with store teams to grow the business
