Front House Team Member

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our retail team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from the moment guests walk in the door.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Help keeping display bins clean and assist with restocking inventory (as needed)
Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer service

Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals

Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Comfortable standing for extended periods. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
