Territory Sales Manager – Cement (Multiple Locations)

A leading U.S. based construction materials manufacturer is hiring two Territory Sales Managers to support key cement markets in Utah and Oklahoma
. These are regional, customer-facing roles offering strong long-term stability, competitive compensation, and clear progression opportunities.

Both positions focus on managing and growing cement sales across established territories, with differences in plant alignment and logistics depending on location.

Role Overview
  • Own and manage a defined regional cement sales territory.
  • Maintain and grow an established customer base while protecting market share.
  • Develop account strategies to drive volume growth and long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with logistics, manufacturing, and operations to ensure reliable supply.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and regional market dynamics.
  • Provide basic technical support and product guidance to customers.
  • Forecast volumes, manage opportunities, and report through internal systems.
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade associations.
Location & Logistics Breakdown
  • Aligned to a highly modernised cement production facility serving the surrounding regional market.
  • Plant has undergone significant recent investment, increasing capacity and efficiency.
  • Strong sustainability credentials, including high alternative fuel usage and reduced CO₂ intensity.
  • Role is closely tied to plant output, regional distribution, and infrastructure-driven demand.
  • Based out of a regional terminal, supplied by a nearby cement plant.
  • Well-established, relationship-driven territory with consistent annual revenues.
  • Focus on maintaining and growing a mature customer base while identifying upside potential.
  • Strong platform already in place with room for long-term growth.
Candidate Profile
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in construction materials (aggregates, ready-mix concrete, admixtures, or similar).
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially astute, organised, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently across a regional territory.
