Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and execute formal service agreements (ERAs, MSAs, contingency plans) to secure priority response and revenue generation.
- Educate property owners and facility managers on proactive disaster planning and benefits of ERAs.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to contract execution and ongoing account management.
- Maintain detailed sales pipeline, CRM entries, and weekly activity reports using software such as Dash, Salesforce or restoration CRMs.
- Serve as primary account manager, bridging client and internal operations/estimating teams to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and log all networking activities and client preferences, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
- Strong process and results‑driven attitude.
- Preferred experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
- B2B Sales Expertise – Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals with commercial entities and insurance carriers.
- Industry Knowledge – Understanding of property damage restoration processes, construction terminology, and estimating software (e.g., Xactimate).
- Strategic Planning – Capability to develop geographic routing plans, target high‑value verticals, and create actionable business development strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills – Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and conflict‑resolution skills to inspire loyalty and trust among referral partners.
