Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

• Flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside the facility
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk and operate within facilities up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

Experience
:
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation
:
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling between locations or other work‑related business, with mileage reimbursement available.
