What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, verifying credentials, and following site-specific security-related policies for a logistics and distribution location.

* Monitor entry and exit points, screen authorized vehicles and/or individuals, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with post orders and facility protocols.

* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.

* Conduct regular and random patrols around loading areas, gates, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

* Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or operational disruptions by maintaining a visible presence, observing site activity, and reporting concerns promptly through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
