Tower Technician

As a Tower Technician, you’ll support the construction, installation, and maintenance of wireless communication towers and supporting infrastructure.

This physically demanding, safety-focused role involves daily fieldwork in alltypes of weather and terrain.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Climb towers to perform installations, repairs, and upgrades at variousheights
Safely rig towers and install equipment including antennas, coaxial cable,grounding, and lighting systems
Conduct routine maintenance on tower sites and equipment
Operate hand and power tools, and ensure compliance with OSHA and industrysafety standards
Maintain a clean, organized job site and complete tasks efficiently
Support rotational on-call assignments, including some evening or weekend work as needed

Previous tower or climbing experience is a plus, but not required — full training and certification provided
Must be willing and able to climb towers regularly and work at heights
Able to lift at least 75 lbs, navigate uneven terrain, and work outdoorsyear-round
Must have a strong safety mindset and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to kneel, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Familiarity with hand tools required; willingness to learn power tool useexpected
