Redbud Property Inspections is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in providing quality service, building customer relationships, and working independently while representing our company in the field.

As a Licensed Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled pest control treatments, communicating with customers, identifying pest-related concerns, and providing effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage daily appointments
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

• Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
• Follow all state regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate service records
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Safely operate company‑provided equipment and products
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
