Handyman Maintenance Service Professional

Job Summary On Time-Done Right! We are seeking a skilled Handy Man Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various residential homes, facilities and equipment.

Duties Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs

Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues

Repair or replace damaged fixtures

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role: 10 years (Preferred)
Proficient in using tools and equipment for maintenance work Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting with an Ohmmeter is preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits:401(k)401(k) matching
