America's Swimming Pool Company is growing and we're looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of "resort-quality" service for our customers. • Perform routine pool maintenance and service tasks
• Operate power tools and hand tools as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers

• Manage your assigned service route efficiently
• Handle equipment and basic maintenance tasks
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Represent the company professionally in the field

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Experience with power tools and hand tools (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
