Pay: $32.00 - $45.00+ DOE

** Monday - Friday, Hours may vary depending on job size. Start time 7:00AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow the HVAC Division SOP for diagnostics, communication, and repair procedures.
• Perform complete system evaluations, including airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and safety checks.
• All communication must be conducted through House Call Pro (HCP).

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience
  ** required;
  ** licensing/certifications as required by state law (Journeyman)
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and company processes
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and stay dependable
