The City of Amarillo seeks a Utility Mechanic III to maintain and operate the SWT plant, pumping and storage facilities, and Raw Water Reservoir. The role reports to the Treatment Plant Maintenance Foreperson and oversees maintenance activities in a dynamic environment.
Qualified candidates will have at least three years in water treatment maintenance, with a Class C Surface Water Operator license and relevant certifications. A CDL B and welding skills are required; BPAT preferred.
