Fitness Floor Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking a Fitness Floor Staff Member to join our team. As our new Fitness Floor Staff Member you will:

• Supervisor the fitness floor and assist members in using safe and effective exercise form during their workouts
• Enforce Club policies
• Maintain daily logs of equipment maintenance and cleaning and schedules
• Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Other tasks as assigned

• Previous health club or hospitality experience & CPR/AED/First Aid or
• Enrollment in a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Equivalent & CPR/AED/ First Aid or
• Enrollment in national accredited Personal Training Certification & CPR/ AED & First Aid
• An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
• Superior customer services skills
