We are seeking professional CDL-A drivers for a high-mileage, dedicated lane operating out of Oklahoma City, OK. This position offers consistent weekly home time, excellent incentive pay, and the stability of a dedicated fleet manager.

Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Starting Pay: $0.60 per mile

• Average Weekly Pay : $1,500 to $1,700

Average Weekly Mileage: 2,500 miles (New account, subject to adjustment)

Drop and Stop Pay: $25.00 per stop after the first stop (excludes origin and final destination)

Detention Pay: $30.00 per hour after 2 hours from scheduled appointment time

Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset.

Schedule:

Drivers can typically expect to spend most of the week on the road, with their 34-hour reset done at home over the weekend.

Time on the Road: Weekly dispatch rotation.

Hiring Area: Must reside within a 60-mile radius of Oklahoma City, OK.

Operating Area: Nationwide coverage (United States).

Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight. All loads are pre-loaded at Hobby Lobby in Oklahoma City, OK, hauling dedicated Hobby Lobby assigned trailers to retail stores.

Dispatch Method: Dedicated Fleet Manager support. All loads are dispatched via Samsara or phone.

Additional Runs: Drivers may occasionally run other areas including yard locations in Ardmore, OK;
Flower Mound, TX;
Houston, TX; and Aurora, CO. Backhauls may be picked up if hauling for other fleets.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 22 years of age.

Licensing: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

Class A

Experience:

Must have at least 1 year of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 5 years.

Recent Driving History: Must have actively driven a tractor-trailer for at least 6 months out of the previous 24-month period.

Operational Requirements: Night driving is required for this lane. Drivers cannot take a load home.

Performance: Crucial emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Strict adherence to departure times to meet delivery windows in compliance with Hours of Service (HOS).

Compliance: Must possess a valid DOT Medical Card and pass all pre-employment screening processes (drug screen and background check).
