• Pay Rate: $68,000‑$88,000 based on experience.
• Day‑1 benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company‑paid life insurance.
• Paid holidays and vacation/sick leave accrual from day one.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destinations, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
• Maintain driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
