Qualifications:- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
- Mandated tractor‑trailer experience: 1 year in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance mandatory.
- English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Must work the required schedule, attend the specific location, complete Penske employment application, and submit to background investigation and drug screening.
- Position regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and ensure safety is essential.

- The associate must be able to see and hear. Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs (45kg).
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
