• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Must currently hold, or be able to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Mandated tractor‑trailer experience: 1 year in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance mandatory.
• English language proficiency required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Must work the required schedule, attend the specific location, complete Penske employment application, and submit to background investigation and drug screening.
• Position regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and ensure safety is essential.

• The associate must be able to see and hear. Required vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs (23kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs (45kg).
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
