Role Overview
Seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver responsible for transporting refuse, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
Key Duties- Operate trucks safely and efficiently, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and routing.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding services.
- Navigate routes using GPS or maps, adjusting for traffic or road conditions.
- Ensure truck cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
- Experience with truck driving, especially manual transmissions.
- Strong route navigation and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
Full-time position, starting pay from $16/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, cell phone reimbursement and employee discounts.
