Front Desk Receptionist - Independent Senior Living Community

We are seeking a happy, outgoing, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our independent senior living community in Edmonds.

Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills and strong skills in Microsoft products and computer related duties in general.

Responsibilities Snapshot
  • Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Answer phones in a professional manner.
  • Light cleaning duties around the concierge desk/area.
  • Help maintain the security of our building by being aware of the surroundings.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred.
  • Customer Service focused:
    How do we get to a "yes".
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
