The Lead Designer is creative, technical, and can successfully guide clients through our entire design process. They are someone who thrives in the details and brings both a refined design sensibility and deep industry knowledge to every project. What We're Looking For

You're a self‑starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do. You thrive in an environment where no two projects look the same, and you bring equal parts creativity and discipline to everything you touch. You're highly organized and process‑driven, with a natural instinct for keeping projects moving — across timelines, budgets, and personalities.

You're excited to be part of a growing studio, ready to learn from and collaborate closely with our Principal Designer, and energized by the idea of making your mark on a boutique team that's building something special. You sweat the details, communicate proactively, and understand that great design lives or dies in the execution.
