Quick Facts

- Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, inpatient clinic, with weeknight and 24-hour weekend call
- Hours/Week: Full-time; 4 weeks/month; guaranteed 8 hours/day (additional hours for OT)
- Employment Type: Locum/Temporary
- License/Certs: Active or IMLC license, DEA, BLS, BC in Hematology, Oncology, or Hem Onc
- Experience: Required minimum experience not specified, but provider must meet credentialing requirements
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (rate to be finalized during bid process)

- Conduct patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Participate in call coverage, including weeknights and 24-hour weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient care excellence
- Adhere to facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
Required:
- Active or IMLC license in Washington or eligible for license
- DEA certification
- Board Certified in Hematology, Oncology, or Hem Onc
- BLS certification
- CV uploaded for credentialing
- Prior experience in hematology/oncology practice
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This assignment involves inpatient hematology and oncology services at a leading healthcare facility in Edmonds. The provider will see patients during scheduled clinic hours and provide call coverage during evenings and weekends.
