PositionSummary
Responsible for collecting on past due and charged off loans, credit cards, and checking accounts. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who shares our vision to "WOW" both internal and external customers with exceptional customer service; comes to work every day with a "Smart, Driven, and Nice" attitude; approaches each task with a strong attention to detail; and works together with other team members to ensure all Loan Servicing responsibilities are completed daily.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities Include The Following:
- Reviews loans for accuracy.
- Handles escalated calls.
- Assists team members with questions.
- Assists in reviewing complex accounts.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing collection phone calls on past due and/or charged off loans.
- Sends Collection letters, provide loan history to customers, process mail returns, etc.
- Orders payment coupons upon request.
- Processes correspondence from customers and other departments into our imaging system.
- Creates Check by phone and Debit payments over the phone.
- Quotes payoffs upon request.
- Sends accounts out for Door Knock or Repossession, when appropriate.
- Skip Tracing.
- Provides customer service to branches and other departments.
- Assists with Bankruptcy case reviews.
- Answers general loan questions from customers.
- Ability to train team members on tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience within a financial institution preferred.
- Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.
- Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license.
- Must be bondable.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and willing and able to learn other software.

Salary Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.
