Through Empower Me 360, our integrated model of care used across many of our communities, you may have opportunities to help bring therapy, wellness, and care coordination together to make a real difference.

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care
• Mentor and support clinicians, helping them grow in their clinical skills and confidence
• Partner with community leadership to implement and strengthen the Empower Me 360 model
• Build strong relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services to ensure a seamless resident experience
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day‑to‑day clinic operations
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP)
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal)
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
