This full-time, 12-month paid employment + mentorship program is designed for:
- New grads passionate about pelvic health
- Orthopedic PTs transitioning into women’s wellness
- Early pelvic floor PTs wanting clinical mentorship
You’ll receive weekly 1:1 mentorship, didactic training, case reviews, and professional development in a structured, growth-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing 1-on-1 pelvic health PT sessions
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Integrating therapies like Shockwave, EMTT, and Red Light Therapy
- Collaborating with teammates to support long-term wellness
- WA Licensed (or license-eligible) PT
- Strong interest in pelvic health (mentorship provided if new)
- Excellent communicator, compassionate, motivated, and eager to learn
- Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (DOE)
