Responsibilities
Responsible for the clinical and operational skills of the Cardiovascular Diagnostic Imaging Center Edmonds Campus and Cardiac Support Services. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining systems that support operations and patient care while complying with Swedish Medical Centers overall policies, including assisting with the implementation of clinical information systems, human resource policies, direct personnel management, and establishing and enforcing standards of patient care to support cost‑effective, high‑quality diagnostic non‑invasive patient care.
Provides direct patient care when needed and appropriate to license or credential. This position requires strong triage and leadership skills, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing work demands and environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Lead, Charge RN, or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound with a specialty in adult echocardiography
- Non‑invasive diagnostic cardiac testing (stress testing) experience
- Critical care, emergency, or telemetry experience
