Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Assistant to provide efficient client service, manage office supplies, and maintain clinic flow. This role involves directing incoming calls, assisting patients, and supporting medical staff in a fast-paced clinical environment. The Medical Assistant will also be responsible for managing medical records, coordinating communication between departments, and ensuring that clinic operations run smoothly.

• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff and departments, facilitating effective communication between multiple offices.
• Provide excellent client service by greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and assisting physicians as needed.
• Maintain efficient clinic flow by escorting patients to designated labs and offices based on their individual needs.
• Develop and implement organizational tools using office technology to track and restock medical supplies systematically.
• Order office and medical supplies as needed, ensuring inventory is always sufficient.
• Analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is up to date and complies with standards.
• Streamline office procedures to improve clinic efficiency and workflow.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
