Swedish is seeking applicants for our November 2026 RN Residency
. An RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this exceptional opportunity.
This position starts on November 2, 2026.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider ACLS
  - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
• National Provider PALS
  - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
• National Trauma Nursing Core Course
  - Emergency Nurses Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
