Patient Service Specialists are responsible and accountable for coordinating the information and support needed for the flow of patients at our clinics. As a patient‑facing caregiver, you’ll provide customer service, help patients through check‑in, registration, billing‑financial aid, and insurance processes. You’ll work with clinical teams to assist with scheduling, clinic operations and more.

• 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience, or 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PSS position.
