- Complete basic inventory activities, as permitted by law, and as directed by pharmacy leadership: accurately putting away medication deliveries, completing cycle counts, returns‑to‑stocks, waiting bin inventories, etc.
- Contribute to a high‑performing team, embrace a growth mindset, and be receptive to feedback; actively seek opportunities to expand clinical and technical knowledge needed to better assist patients.
- Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs and, if needed, travel to stores in the market to work shifts.
- Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles. Comply with CVS policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, controlled substance dispensing and record‑keeping, and patient privacy and security.

- Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
- Attention and focus: concentrate on tasks, pivot quickly, confirm prescription information and label accuracy.
- Customer service and team orientation: actively look for ways to help people, notice and respond appropriately to patients’ reactions.
- Communication skills: use and understand verbal and written communication; utilize active listening; ask questions; avoid interruptions.
- Mathematical reasoning: use math to solve dispensing problems (total tablets, day’s supply, bottle quantity).
- Problem resolution: identify challenging interactions and choose best action.
- Physical demands: including mobility, lifting, reaching, repetitive finger use, visual acuity, and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
