Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Edmonds

Overview

Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide culturally sensitive, strength‑based care to clients in our community.

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current and active professional license in Washington State or eligibility for licensure by hire.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.

• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong ethical practice and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Competitive compensation in the range of $50–$57 per billable unit, with adjustments for licensure, experience, market, and incentives.
