We are seeking a Patient Concierge who is passionate about patient experience and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused, service-oriented, and enjoys working closely with the senior community.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule routine, follow-up, and specialty appointments as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact, responding to patient and visitor inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Facilitate smooth patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff and communicating delays or updates
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills during challenging patient interactions
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Support a positive, efficient front-office experience in a team-based environment
- Competitive pay: $18–$22 per hour

Requirements Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of general office experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and Windows-based systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks in a fast-paced environment
