Pride Health is hiring a phlebotomist II to support our client's medical facility based in Edmonds WA 98026. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves:
- Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
- Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
- Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
- Working at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
- 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
- Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
- Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).
