Sign-On Bonus

Compensation

Final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

CBT:
Starting rate $32.00 per hour. RBT: $30.00 per hour. BT: $28.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do Direct Client Support
  • Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as client needs dictate.
  • Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Track progress and maintain quality.
  • Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
  • Work closely with BCBAs, team members and families.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Collaborate & Communicate

Support Operations
  • Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
Requirements What We’re Looking For Required
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
  • Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
Preferred
  • Experience in childcare, education or related fields.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Prior exposure to ABA services.
Position-Specific Items
  • Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training programme over 2 consecutive weeks, followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision) and pass the RBT exam within 45 days.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; one week of paid training followed by precepting (hands‑on supervision).
  • Training availability (BT / RBT):
    Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
