Role Overview
The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful relationships
- Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
