Family Law Attorney

Position: Associate Attorney – Family Law

Location: Edmonds, Washington (Hybrid)

Our law firm client seeks an experienced Associate Attorney with family law litigation experience to join their collaborative and growing team. The role involves representing clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody and parenting matters, property division, and complex financial and business-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases with professionalism, compassion, and sound judgment
• Provide client-focused advocacy and counsel throughout all stages of legal matters
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to develop creative solutions
• Manage multiple cases and meet critical deadlines effectively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of family law litigation experience
• Active member of the Washington State Bar Association
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Commitment to excellent client service and teamwork
• Professionalism, authenticity, and a sense of humor

Requirements:

• Billable hours requirement: 1,200 hours annually

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
