2+ years required (LDRP, L&D, Postpartum, Newborn Care) Former Providence/Swedish Perm Staff:
Must be separated for 3+ months License:
Active Compact license accepted at Swedish facilities Floating:
Required as needed Ratios: 1:1–3 Patient Population Labor & Delivery Postpartum OB Triage Antepartum (High & Low Risk) Normal Newborn / Couplet Care Required Skills & Procedures Vaginal & Cesarean Delivery Circulate C-sections (OR) IV starts Blood/Blood Product administration Epidural, PCA, Insulin & Magnesium Sulfate management High-Risk Antepartum & L&D OB-GYN Pre/Post-Op care Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Certifications Required AWHONN Intermediate BLS FHM NRP ACLS (Preferred)
