- Float required as needed
- NICU travel nurses are not expected to care for mother-baby couplets unless they already have the required skills and competencies
Unit Information
- Level II NICU and Normal Newborn unit
- Admissions for infants 32 weeks gestation or greater
Responsibilities
- Attend vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries
- CPAP and BiPAP management
- Feeding tubes and syringe pump use
Required Certifications
- CLS
- NRP
