As a Clinic RN with Swedish Medical Group, you’ll split your time between the welcoming Richmond Beach Clinic and the collaborative Edmonds Internal Medicine Clinic, bringing continuity, flexibility, and a broadened scope to your practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and education via direct and telehealth encounters.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Pay Range: $43.82 – $68.03 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonus opportunities.
