Position: Clinic RN - Heart and Vascular (Per Diem)

Job Summary

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and implementing appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with other members of the health care team and maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing, or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Registered Nurse License, or
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 18 months professional nursing experience
