Clinical Supervisor RN

Coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. Serves as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding standards of nursing practice. Oversees care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.

Leads clinical staff to ensure patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to patients’ physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Works directly with physicians regarding practices related to the nursing department and ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
• 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Upon hire:
  Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association.
• Previous charge/lead nurse experience.

Pay Range: $55.45 – $86.08 per hour.
