Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Edmonds, WA

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30)

• Provide direct patient care across Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, OB Triage, Antepartum, and Normal Newborn settings
• Assist with and support vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including circulating in the OR
• Administer blood and blood products, insulin, magnesium sulfate, and manage epidural and PCA pumps
• Monitor and manage drains and adult IV access, including IV starts
• Perform fetal heart monitoring (FHM) and respond appropriately to maternal and fetal status changes
• Float to additional units as needed based on staffing requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; active compact license accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience in LDRP, Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care
• Current BLS certification
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) competency
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in high-risk antepartum and high-risk Labor and Delivery environments
• Familiarity with couplet care and pre-op/post-op OB patient management

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic Labor and Delivery environment with a supportive staffing ratio of 1:1–3
• Contract role offering schedule consistency with day shift 12-hour rotations
